The following conditions apply:
Shipping
For deliveries within Germany with a minimum order value of 39,-€, there are no shipping costs.
For all orders with an order value of less than 39,-€, a shipping fee of 6,-€ is charged.
We also offer a free pick-up.
Shipping costs (including vat)
Delivery takes place within Germany and switzerland. Schweiz.
As in all EU countries. These include:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
For deliveries within Germany with a minimum order value of 39,-€, there are no shipping costs.
For all orders with an order value of less than 39,-€, a shipping fee of 6,-€ is charged.
All deliveries within the above-cost EU countries will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of 16,-€.
All deliveries within Switzerland are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of 25,-€.
Delivery periods
All orders are shipped by DHL.
The delivery of the goods within Germany takes 1-2 working days.
For deliveries to the above-date EU countries, a delivery time of 3-6 working days is to be expected.
The delivery time for Switzerland is 3-4 business days.
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
