Terms of Delivery and Payment

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

For deliveries within Germany, a minimum order value of €39 means no shipping costs.
For all orders with an order value under €39, a flat shipping fee of €7 applies. 

We also offer free pickup from our location.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Delivery is available within Germany and Switzerland. 
Also to the following EU and Non-EU countries. These include:

France, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Serbia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Vatican City.

For all deliveries within the aforementioned countries, a flat shipping fee of €19 applies.

For all deliveries within Switzerland , a flat shipping fee of €27 applies.

For all deliveries within Non-EU countries , a flat shipping fee of €27 applies. 

For all deliveries to Japan, Australia, Canada, a flat shipping fee of €49 applies. USA upon request.

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees, and import VAT may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the respective delivery country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are to be borne by you.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via DHL.

Delivery of goods within Germany takes 1-2 business days.
For deliveries to the aforementioned EU and Non-EU countries, expect a delivery time of
3-6 business days. 
The delivery time for Switzerland is 3-4 business days. 
The delivery time for Japan, Australia, Canada and United States is available upon request.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Details 

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

Payment by Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
