Swarovski crystal is a delicate material that requires special care and should be treated according to the following care instructions. To keep your Swarovski product beautiful for a long time, please note the following:

Jewelry & Watches:
Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft velvet pouch to avoid scratches.
Occasional polishing with a soft cloth will maintain the original shine.
Please remove your jewelry before washing your hands, swimming, or applying cosmetic products such as perfume, hairspray, soaps, or lotions. These could harm the jewelry, reduce the lifespan of the coating, cause discoloration, and diminish the crystal's brilliance.
Avoid contact with water. Avoid impacts with hard objects that could scratch the jewelry, cause chipping, and other damage.

Figurines & Decorative Items:
Carefully polish your product with a soft, lint-free cloth or gently clean it by hand with lukewarm water (do not soak the product). Dry it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or glass and window cleaners.
To avoid fingerprints, we recommend touching and cleaning the crystal pieces only with cotton gloves.
